Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions.
Bravatier Orders
- Return Window: 30 days from delivery.
- How to Return: Start your return through our AfterShip Return Center. You will receive a prepaid return label at no cost.
- Refunds: Issued within 5-10 business days to the original payment method after receiving the items and inspections are completed.
Buy with Prime Orders
- Return Window: 30 days from delivery.
- How to Return: Use Amazon’s Buy with Prime portal.
- Refunds: Issued by Amazon.
- Shipping: Prepaid label provided by Amazon.
Important Notes
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Final sale, clearance items and promotional gifts are non-returnable.
- For exchanges, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
